what if “i could have asked more” and my wish must have been fulfilled. what if it never happened. i wanted to have that but not this. and you keep making sad faces and getting angry, cribbing inside, because somehow your wish wasn’t fulfilled, the way you wanted. did you get, yes read that again, “the way you wanted”. ahhh, what an irony, no? we always want something to happen, the way we want. heyy, but it didn’t. now, whatttt? but the way it happened, do you ever look back at it and say, damn, this went so good.

we never live in the moment. we’re always unsatisfied, unhappy and wanting for something more, something else.

have you ever thought, what if i was grateful because whatever happened, happened for a reason. and it’s not that bad, just look at the other person, i’m doing great, i must be happy. but everyone believes this thinking is wrong. i know comparison isn’t good. but eventually we ought to be happy with what we have, we ought to be grateful to waheguru ji for what we have. being in gratitude, being grateful fills up your surroundings with positive energy, positive vibe, it actually creates the vibe to have a lot more. did you ever think of it?

the energy of abundance, you need to feel that abundance with the nature, and that abundance will provide you with a lot more. your heart and your wishes will be fulfilled, even more than you wanted. gratitude is another way to follow the “law of attraction”. you are attracting that energy. it’s for you to choose, what you wish to attract.

you just need to believe him; you just need to feel that abundance:

God has produced everything in great abundance.
Granting His Grace, God has satisfied all.

Guru Arjan Dev Ji in Raag Maajh – 104

and you never have to worry because he’s there to fulfill your needs and wishes and wants:

Don’t worry – let the Creator take care of it.
The Lord gives to all creatures in the water and on the land.
My God bestows His blessings without being asked, even to worms in soil and stones. ||6||

Guru Raam Daas Ji in Raag Maaroo – 1070
